Berg group is associated with established large scale fabrication companies to install the TES tanks on site. Berg Group of companies Thermal Energy Storage (TES) chilled water storage tanks are constructed of steel and can be installed either above or below the ground.

Our Scope of Work

• Design & Detailed Engineering (API 650,UL 142, UL 58, BS, Roark’s Formula, GEP)
• Preparation Fabrication Drawings
• Procurement of Materials
• Prefabrication at Our Works for Shell, Bottom Plate, Roof Plates, Pontoons
• Fabrication of all Structural Like Ladder, Hand rails, Platforms, Staircase etc
• Welding as per ASME Sec IX using qualified welders
• Site Erection for large Diameter Tanks
• Hydro Test, All other Non-Destructive Tests
• Installation, Testing, Painting and Handing Over
• Complete Quality Documentation and as built drawings
